Cancellations
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep your appointment so that it can be offered to another patient
Routine Appointments
To maintain continuity of care it is best to consult one doctor but it maybe necessary to see a different doctor from time to time.
Receptionists are responsible for booking routine appointments.
Please book your appointment a few days in advance.
Note: (we do not book more than 2 weeks in advance)
Urgent Appointments
If your problem is urgent and you think you need to see a Doctor on the same day as you telephone,
we ask that you phone between
8:30 and 9.30am or 15.00 and 16.00pm for
emergency appointments, so the surgery can be planned.
