Reception

The practice reception team Samira and Linda provide general reception and administrative support services to the practice. These staff work together to deal efficiently with your enquiries and requests whilst respecting your confidentiality. Please remember that our receptionists have a very demanding duty to perform and that they are required to follow practice policies.

Samira is a Receptionist / Administrator. Samira has also trained to perform a selection of Health Care Assistant duties which include phlebotomy (taking blood tests but only those authorised by a doctor), urine testing & giving certain injections (flu, pneumococcal)
