FFT Feedback: June 2025

Friends & Family Test (FFT) allows us to receive daily feedback from our patients. An SMS is sent to those patients who had an appointment with the practice that day asking them to tell us about their experience at the practice. This helps us to see how we are doing, what we do well and where we can make improvements. We would like to thank you for taking the time to complete the survey and your comments.

Overall: The overwhelming majority of patients were extremely satisfied with their experience at the GP surgery.  Patients praised the staff’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to listen to their concerns.  The surgery’s efficiency, cleanliness, and organization were also commended.

• I had an emergency appointment the same day the receptionist was very professional and the Doctor called me in less than 2 horas and was seen by the doctor the same day
• I have been with practice a long time and at one time I was going to move to another practice didn’t have a lot of time for the owner don’t see him and it s night and day. I had dr person I have a lot of time for her she is a credit to the practice I don’t know where this goes but I thought she was pregnant I’m sure your kid will be caring and lovely like you
