FFT Feedback: January – March 2024
Friends & Family Test (FFT) allows us to receive daily feedback from our patients. An SMS is sent to those patients who had an appointment with the practice that day asking them to tell us about their experience at the practice. This helps us to see how we are doing, what we do well and where we can make improvements. We would like to thank you for taking the time to complete the survey and your comments.

Nurse Gabby explains & directs professionally, very pleasant all thru – Shingles injection did hurt quite a lot but Nurse tried to help with my concerns about other medical problems…

Dr Oyefeso has been amazing with me and has given me hope for the first time in a long time. He explained everything so well to me and has been extremely helpful. I have had 3 appointments with him so far and he has been than any GP I have ever had. I can’t say enough good things about him, he is a great asset to the practice.

From my experience, the doctor and nurse that have supported me have always been caring and respectful.
With dr pelly I never feel rushed and she covers everything so you go in and look at other stuff that could be connected I never feel I should of said that or feel I have to make another appointment to talk about something else
Because Dr Pumfrey is always thorough and takes time to see things through. A lot was achieved in my appointment including referrals and follow up appointments.

I really needed to see a doctor urgent. I went to the receptionist to explain what i had. She tried to get me an appointment with the doctor asap. Very very efficient, and helpful. And was very nice.

I waited for less than 5 minutes, saw Dr India Humphrey, she was attentive & good listener, I explained my health complaint, she diagnosed it, emailed my prescription to pharmacy. I picked my prescription up and went home. Perfect.

Because Dr. Robertson has a lovely bedside manner and made me feel comfortable especially with a sensitive medical problem that I have. She was thorough in dealing with all my other medical problems as well.
Dr answered my questions regarding my surgery – pet scan etc. Dr Checked all the requirements before my upcoming surgery- arranged for blood test.

I was seen by Clare promptly and the whole encounter was a joy – she even managed to get blood out of me! Clare was kind, approachable, knowledgeable and efficient. I have always felt so lucky to be a patient in this surgery – since its days in Elsham Road. Dr Dua is, in my opinion, an exceptional GP and a highly perceptive human being. Thank you!

The Doctor listened to me and then explained everything to me about my treatment options. She was very helpful in taking the next steps. I felt more confident about myself after leaving the surgery.

The GP was actively listening and showing empathy with the issues faced. She recommended a treatment for my tongue problems that worked.
Dr Pumphrey saw me at 1120hors on the dot. I recently requested to be seen for a variety of ailments. Dr P, covered them all, graciously, and provided feedback, follow up for each.
